Phenol-formaldehyde resin modified with urea on an organic catalyst is used to prepare binder solutions in the production of thermal insulation materials based on mineral wool.

It is a liquid mixed preservative with a wide spectrum of action, consisting of three parabens (methyl, propyl and ethyl parabens) in phenoxyethanol. The operating pH range is 3-8. The recommended input level is 0.4–1.2%
Liquid preservative for cosmetics based on a composition of methylparaben and ethylparaben dissolved in propylene glycol. Preliminary dissolution of parabens in a liquid medium makes their inclusion in formulations faster and easier. The working pH range is 3–8. The recommended input level is 0.6–1.5%.
