KCCC GROUP Holding has successfully passed the international audit of the DKS Group of Companies
KCCC GROUP holding successfully completed a two-day audit organized by DKC Group of Companies. The audit was carried out in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and GOST R ISO 9001.
On April 21, the KCCC GROUP holding successfully completed a two-day audit organized by the DKC Group of Companies. Based on the results of the audit, the company received a high rating of «S» (Satisfactory), which confirms full compliance with the requirements of international quality standards.
During the audit, experts conducted a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the holding’s Quality Management System (QMS). The audit was carried out in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001 and GOST R ISO 9001. The standards establish clear requirements for quality management systems, ensure consistency and transparency of processes, which contributes to higher quality customer service.
Successful completion of the audit was made possible by the implementation and compliance with seven key principles of quality management:
