EVA COMPANY IS PREPARING TO RELEASE A NEW PRESERVATIVE EVAXEL® 404
Currently, EVA is focused on expanding its product line. A new preservative, EVAXEL® 404, is under development.
In the current conditions of development of the chemical industry, the development of effective and safe preservatives for home care is becoming especially relevant.
Currently, the EVA company is focused on expanding its product line in this segment. A new preservative EVAXEL® 404 is under development, which is an optimized combination of three active components:
- Chloromethylisothiazolinone (CMIT)
- Methylisothiazolinone (MIT)
- Octylisothiazolinone (OIT)
The total content of active ingredients is 3.6% by weight. The combination of these components provides a synergistic effect, which allows achieving high efficiency at minimal concentrations.
The preservative exhibits a broad spectrum of antimicrobial action, including:
- Gram-negative bacteria
- Gram-positive bacteria
- Aerobic microorganisms
- Anaerobic microorganisms
- Yeast
- Mold
An important advantage is the absence of formaldehyde and its donors, as well as phenolic derivatives.
Main properties of EVAXEL® 404:
— Working temperature: up to 50°C
— Working pH range: 2.0 — 8.0
— Recommended input level: 0.03 — 0.05%
The product is recommended for use in the following product categories:
- Liquid laundry detergents
- Fabric softeners
- Dishwashing detergents
- All-purpose cleaners
- Liquid hand soap
- Stain removers
- Polishes and waxes for floors and furniture
- Raw materials for the production of home care
