EVA has launched production of the preservative EVAGUARD® 204 (Benzyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Benzoic acid, Sorbic Acid), designed to extend the shelf life and effectiveness of natural and organic cosmetics. This liquid mixed preservative combines benzyl alcohol, glycerin, benzoic and sorbic acids, creating powerful protection against pathogenic microorganisms — bacteria, yeast and mold fungi.
The product is recommended for use in cosmetics with a pH range from 3.0 to 5.5.
