KCCC GROUP Annual Safety Day: Combining Theory and Practice

On August 8, 2025, KCCC GROUP held a large-scale Safety Day — a key event aimed at strengthening the culture of labor protection and improving the professional competencies of employees. All enterprises of the holding, including EVA, took part in the event, demonstrating common values and commitment to the principles of accident-free production.

The Safety Day program traditionally included two blocks:

• Expert lectures

Specialists in labor protection and industrial safety presented up-to-date information:

— New legislative requirements in the field of labor protection;

— Modern technologies for preventing emergency situations;

— Best practices for organizing safe production.

• Interactive quest

Participants in a team format worked on their skills in responding to emergency situations:

— First aid;

— Actions during evacuation;

— Working with fire protection systems.

The participants successfully completed all tasks, demonstrating coordinated work in emergency situations. Following the event, the best teams received awards, but the main achievement was strengthening the safety culture — a key element of KCCC GROUP’s corporate policy.

Such initiatives not only minimize professional risks, but also create an environment where each employee feels personally responsible for overall safety.
