Benzyl Alcohol (and) Benzoic acid (and) Dehydroacetic acid

It is a liquid, mixed preservative of a wide spectrum of action based on components identical to natural ones. With global approval for use in cosmetics and personal care products, EVAGUARD®202 can be used in a wide range of products with a slightly acidic pH from 3 to 6, both in flushable and non-flushable formulations.

Benzyl Alcohol (and) Glyceryl Laurate

a mixture of broad-spectrum preservatives, in which the antimicrobial activity of benzyl alcohol is increased due to the effectiveness-enhancing booster of natural origin glyceryl laurate, which also has the properties of an emulsifier and emollient. EVAGUARD® 203 can be recommended for formulations of "eco-cosmetics", eye and oral care products with a pH level from 2 to 12.

Benzyl Alcohol (and) Glycerin (and) Benzoic acid (and) Sorbic Acid

A broad-spectrum liquid preservative based on nature-identical substances - benzyl alcohol, glycerin and organic acids. Can be used to preserve a wide range of rinse-off and leave-on cosmetic products with a slightly acidic pH of up to 5.5. The recommended input level is 0.6–1.2%.

Benzyl Alcohol (and) Caprylyl glycol

EVAGUARD® 205 is a liquid preservative based on a combination of benzyl alcohol and the antimicrobial booster caprylyl glycol. It can be used to preserve a wide range of rinse-off and leave-on cosmetic products in a wide pH range. It has a broad balanced spectrum of action against bacteria, yeast and mold.

Benzyl Alcohol (and) Sodium Benzoate (and) Potassium Sorbate (and) Water

EVAGUARD® 206 is a liquid mixed cosmetic preservative based on benzyl alcohol, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate. This combination provides a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria, yeast and mould and protects cosmetics from microbiological contamination without the need for additional preservatives. Suitable for natural and organic personal care products.

Phenoxyethanol (and) Benzyl Alcohol (and) Ethylhexylglycerin

It is a liquid preservative for cosmetics based on phenoxyethanol, enhanced with multifunctional ethyl-hexylglycerin and benzoic acid. The operating pH range is 3-12. The recommended input level is 0.5–1.5%

Sodium Benzoate (and) Potassium Sorbate (and) Water

a mild blended preservative with a wide spectrum of action based on food preservatives. It is suitable for use in various products, including natural formulations. The operating pH range is 3-5.5. Input level 0.5-1.5%

Propylene glycol (and) Methylparaben (and) Ethylparaben

Liquid preservative for cosmetics based on a composition of methylparaben and ethylparaben dissolved in propylene glycol. Preliminary dissolution of parabens in a liquid medium makes their inclusion in formulations faster and easier. The working pH range is 3–8. The recommended input level is 0.6–1.5%.

Phenoxyethanol

EVAGUARD® PE5 is an aromatic alcohol with an etheric bond and a light rose scent. This component is one of the most widely used preservatives in cosmetics. It can also be used as a fixative for perfume compositions and in pharmaceuticals for topical application. Due to its excellent dissolving properties, it is easily integrated into various formulas.
